Yes, of course! However please note, we spend a lot of time with our temporary pets and don’t always get to the phone right away. Be prepared to leave a message or try several times to reach us if necessary. All calls will be returned in a timely manner.
A typical boarding stay for one dog in a dorm room is $39 per calendar day, double occupancy is $62, and triple occupancy is $70.
For one dog, our private flats are $65 per calendar day for single occupancy and $85 for double occupancy , and triple occupancy is $110.
For multiple dogs, they must be able to eat well in the same vicinity. We offer more amenities for an additional fee.

Drop off and pick up times are available by appointment during the following times:
Monday through Saturday: 8 am — 2 pm or 4 pm — 6:30 pm
Sunday: 10 am — 2 pm or 4 pm — 6 pm
What about holidays?
Holiday hours are 10 am — 12 noon or 4 pm — 6pm
These hours apply to the following holidays: New Year’s Eve, New Year’s Day, President’s Day, Easter, Memorial Day, Mother’s Day, Father’s Day, Independence Day, Labor Day
Christmas Eve hours: 9 am — 12 noon
Closed for drop of and pick up on Thanksgiving Day and Christmas
Required: RABIES (by state law). Please bring along (or send ahead) proof of up to date vaccinations on your veterinarian’s letterhead.
Distemper and Parvo. Puppy protocol and every three years thereafter on a case to case basis. In lieu of a standard vaccine schedule we accept a current wellness exam results or titer tests. Please refer to our “Vaccination Policy” page for full information.
We can separate your dogs during feeding times.
You bring along your own dog’s food so he or she won’t have to eating something unfamiliar to them. This helps the dogs maintain their appetites. If your pet still won’t eat let us know if we can tempt them with something like gourmet meals or tuna.
Yes! You can choose from a variety of activities to suit your pet’s personality. An active pet? Try Nature Walks or Rip N Tear play for dogs, Lure play for cats. Attention sponge? Spoil me’s, Tuck In’s and story time provide extra one-on-one time. Click here to check out a list of activities.
No, we do not do professional training here. When your dog comes to stay with us, we practice and encourage good manners, behavior, and patience.
Yes for dogs only. Grooming services are available to all dogs, whether they board or not. Please see grooming page for details.
If it is an emergency, we take them to the nearest veterinary hospital ASAP. We contact you and proceed how you wish. If we are unable to reach you, we contact your emergency contact that we have on file.

For the most part, yes! These are the types of things we love to have a conversation about with you. We try to accommodate all dogs, no matter what age/size/health/ability, so please give us a call and we can discuss it!
Our typical schedule includes 2 feedings, breakfast and dinner. If your pet gets additional food time at home, such as lunch or a midday snack, we add those to their schedule here!
No! Dogs have the options of dorm rooms, furnished flats, or cottages.
No, not in the same space at least. The dogs can see/hear/smell each other in house, but they are never put in the same room or yard with anyone else for safety reasons.
Yes, of course! We have three fenced in yards that we use for our daily outings. They go out 4x/day on a rotational basis. Additional outings are offered in the amenities section.
Along with their food items and a copy of their vaccinations (and medications if any), you are welcome to bring along any toys, bones, blankets, and bedding items. We like to make them as comfortable as possible with things that remind them of home!
